      Main entrées are: Herb Seared Chicken or Vegetarian Pasta in Alfredo Sauce

6:00 – 6:45 – Dinner
6:45 – 7:45 – CE Program – Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child Model presented by Laura Rooney, MPH
7:45 – 8:15 – COASN Announcements, Closing comments and CE certificate pick-up

Main entrees are: Meat Lasagna, Vegetable Lasagna or a gluten-free option

Meal also includes vegitable, salad, rolls and butter, dessert and your choice of coffee, tea or lemonage. Cash bar available.

​ Go to The Ohio Public
Health Association (OPHA) website at
www.ohiopha.org and click the
Calendar tab.  Go to February 4 and click on the event, "COASN
February Meeting."  Click the ‘Register Online’ button on the
bottom right of the posting.

Create a new customer account from the ‘New Users’
section.  You will need to create an account with a password.  
 

Complete the registration and enter your credit card
information for payment.  

NOTE: Though a "bill me later" option will appear,
all registrations for this event must be paid at the time of
registration.  

You will receive a
confirmation email from the OPHA Web System that your registration has
been received.  You may need to check your spam folder for this
email.​ 

 

The registration deadline for either option is
Monday, February 1.

Contact Hours will be provided after attending 100% of the
program, active participation in the program and completion of the
evaluation form.  Neither faculty nor planners have any conflict of
interest and there is no commercial support.  No off label use of
products will be discussed.
